Todd Golditch is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Truelink Capital. Todd is a member of the investment committee and has oversight responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s activities. Prior to founding Truelink, Todd spent more than 20 years at Platinum Equity where he was responsible for the identification, structuring and execution of investments as well as the monitoring and overseeing of several portfolio companies in the Industrials sector. Todd graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Luke Myers is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Truelink Capital. Luke is a member of the investment committee and has oversight responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s activities. Prior to founding Truelink, Luke spent nearly a decade at Platinum Equity investing in the Tech-Enabled and Business Services sector. Prior to joining Platinum Equity, Luke was an investment banker at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Luke holds an HBA and MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Kendra Sluty is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Truelink Capital. Kendra is primarily responsible for managing the financial and compliance functions at the firm. Prior to joining Truelink, Kendra spent time at KPMG and Rothstein Kass, auditing private equity firms and companies in the asset management industry. Kendra holds an undergraduate degree from the California State University, Northridge.
Peter Schultz is a Partner and the Head of Operations of Truelink. Peter is a member of the investment committee and has oversight over due diligence and all aspects of portfolio operations. Prior to Truelink, Peter spent 10 years at Platinum Equity in Operations, building and executing value creation and carveout plans, as well as leading operational and commercial due diligence activities. Prior to Platinum, Peter spent 12+ years in various consulting roles, managing client relationships and project engagements designed to drive operational improvement and business turnarounds. Peter has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from St. Louis University.
Stuart Waldman is a Managing Director of Truelink Capital. Stuart is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Stuart served as the CFO of an early stage, venture-backed business and has held investment roles at Breaker Capital, Levine Leichtman and Aurora Capital. Stuart began his career as an investment banker with DLJ/Credit Suisse and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
Sam Handler is a Principal of Truelink Capital. Sam is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Sam spent over 7 years at Houlihan Lokey, largely focused on initiating and executing transactions in the Business Services segment. Previously, Sam worked at Deutsche Bank Securities. Sam holds an undergraduate degree from Colby College and an MBA from the Darden School of Business.
Scott Koprivetz is a Principal of Truelink Capital. Scott is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Scott spent 14 years within the transaction advisory groups of Alvarez and Marsal and PwC, specializing in financial and accounting due diligence. Scott holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a licensed CPA.
In Kwon is a Principal of Truelink Capital. In is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, In was in the M&A group at Platinum Equity investing, largely in the Tech-Enabled and Business Services sector. Before joining Platinum, In was an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Peter Lewis is a Principal of Business Development at Truelink Capital. Peter is primarily responsible for sourcing platform and add-on investment opportunities, building relationships with intermediaries and business owners, and expanding Truelink’s network across other areas of the firm. He also focuses on developing investor relationships with our existing and prospective limited partners. Prior to joining Truelink, Peter spent 9 years at OpenGate Capital, where he sourced and diligenced investment opportunities across North America and Europe. Peter holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
Rodman Ngo is a Principal of Truelink Capital. Rodman is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Rodman worked as an investor at Platinum Equity and York Capital, where he focused on the Business and Industrial Services sector. Rodman started his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Rodman holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
Paul Wyper is a Principal on the Operations team at Truelink Capital. He is responsible for operational due diligence and leading value creation efforts across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to Truelink, Paul was at Archer Capital, a mid-market private equity firm, where he led operational transformations in the tech-enabled services sector. Earlier in his career, he was at Bain & Company and practiced as an M&A attorney at Clayton Utz. Paul holds combined Arts and Law degrees from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Victor Yang is a Principal of Truelink Capital. Victor is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Victor worked as an investor at Marlin Equity Partners, where he focused on the Software and Tech-Enabled Services sectors. Before joining Marlin, Victor was an investment banker at Lazard. Victor holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Aytac Yaraneri is a Principal on the Operations team at Truelink. Aytac is primarily responsible for operational due diligence and driving value creation initiatives at Truelink’s portfolio companies. Prior to Truelink, Aytac was a Senior Manager at Porsche Consulting, leading strategic and multi-site programs focused on wholesale corporate transformation and growth orientation. Prior to Porsche, Aytac held various operational roles delivering strategic and transformative initiatives to drive top and bottom line results. Aytac has a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MS from Purdue University.
Stephanie Stricker is a Vice President of Truelink Capital. Stephanie supports the firm’s deal origination efforts and business development activities. Prior to joining Truelink, Stephanie was on the business development team at Regent L.P. Stephanie holds undergraduate degrees from the Julliard School and the University of Missouri, and an MBA from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University.
Samson Soon is a Vice President of Truelink Capital. Samson is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Samson worked at Beach Point Capital Management, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and structured equity investments across various industries. He previously held positions at Avista Capital Partners and Lazard. Samson holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
Rob Scully is a Vice President of Truelink Capital. Rob is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, worked at Neos Partners and The Gores Group, focusing on investments in Industrials, Business Services, and Technology. Rob began his career at Morgan Stanley in the M&A group. Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Finance from Syracuse University.
Adrianna Borgatello is a Senior Associate of Truelink Capital. Adrianna is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, Adrianna was an investment banker at Moelis & Company in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in Los Angeles. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Taylor Calderon is a Senior Associate on the Operations team at Truelink. Taylor is primarily responsible for operational due diligence and driving value creation initiatives at Truelink’s portfolio companies. Prior to Truelink, Taylor was a Senior Consultant in EY-Parthenon’s Value Creation practice, focusing on operational due diligence and transformative initiatives for various private equity portfolio companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Before joining EY-Parthenon, Taylor worked in the aerospace industry, specializing in satellite testing. Taylor holds a B.S. from the University of California, Irvine, and an M.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
JP Frey is an Associate of Truelink Capital. He is primarily responsible for due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Truelink, JP interned with Kayne Anderson and also gained hands-on manufacturing experience at Boston College’s R&D facility. JP graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
Dana Nakashima is the Controller of Truelink Capital. Dana supports the financial and compliance functions at the firm and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Truelink’s Funds. Prior to joining Truelink, Dana was in KPMG’s Audit practice serving clients in the asset management industry. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
Delaney Morse serves as Executive Assistant to Truelink Capital Co-Founders Todd Golditch and Luke Myers. Delaney oversees a wide range of executive support functions, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, and high-level communications, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office. Prior to joining Truelink, Delaney worked at Gooding Christie’s, the world’s leading automotive auction house. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Adam Rimmer is a Partner and the Head of Operations at Truelink. He is also a member of the investment committee and has oversight over due diligence and all aspects of portfolio operations. Before joining Truelink, Adam spent 5 years in Operations at Platinum Equity, building and executing value creation plans, managing corporate carveouts, as well as leading due diligence activities. Prior to Platinum, Adam spent 20+ years in business leadership roles, leading complex corporate transformations, integrations and divestitures. Adam has a BS from Washington State University and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
